BLOOMINGTON, Minn., November 20, 2003 — Pearson VUE, the electronic testing service of Pearson Education, today announced that the full suite of IBM Lotus certification exams are now available for delivery throughout the entire Pearson VUE Authorized Center network. With the addition of Lotus, Pearson VUE now offers the complete suite of examinations for all 17 IBM certification brands. The addition of the Pearson VUE Authorized network, composed of more than 3,400 test centers in 145 countries, will significantly extend Lotus exam delivery coverage around the world.
Lotus’ performance-based certification exams are based on real world scenarios. It offers three levels of professional certification exams: Certified Associate, Certified Professional and Certified Advanced Professional. In addition, Lotus offers two levels of instructor certification. They are the Certified Associate Instructor and the Certified Professional Instructor. Lotus’ market leadership and knowledge in certification programs provide the opportunity for professional advancement, increased compensation and improvement in job performance.
