American Medical Technologists Renews Test Delivery Contract with Pearson VUE
BLOOMINGTON, Minn., December 17, 2007 — Pearson VUE, the electronic certification and licensure testing business of Pearson, announced that it has signed a long-term renewal contract with American Medical Technologists (AMT) to provide test delivery services for AMT certification exams. AMT certification exams will continue to be delivered in over 230 Pearson Professional Centers and select Pearson VUE® Authorized Test Centers throughout the United States and its territories, as well as a number of international locations. American Medical Technologists (AMT) is a nonprofit certification agency and professional membership association representing over 41,000 individuals in allied health care. As a certification agency, AMT strives to provide competency-based examination certification for allied health professionals, including medical and dental assistants, clinical laboratory personnel, laboratory consultants and allied health instructors.
