How you register depends on when you last tested or registered. Two paths are available. Choose the scenario that applies to you.

• Tested or registered anytime SINCE 2003?
  If you had a reservation for OR sat for an APICS exam ON OR AFTER February 24, 2003, you already have everything you need to log-in. See FAQ: What are the steps if I registered for a test scheduled for 2003 or later and either took the exam or cancelled the exam?
• Never Tested or Registered?
  If you have never taken or registered for an APICS exam you will need to take a moment to provide “Candidate Information” BEFORE you log-in. See FAQ: What are the steps if I tested BEFORE 2003 or have never tested?

1. Just log in
   Your login ID is “APICS” followed by your 7-digit APICS ID number.
   Your password is your 7-digit APICS ID number. (If your APICS ID number is only 6 digits you will need to add a zero before the six digit number. For example, if your APICS ID number is 222222, your log-in will be APICS0222222 and your password will be 0222222. If your APICS ID number is already 7 digits, you do not need to add a zero.)
2. Your account information is already online
3. You’ll see a confirmation screen; proceed as directed
4. Select a test
5. Select a testing location (test center)
6. Select a date and time
7. Review your shopping cart
8. Pay for the APICS exam (required at time of exam registration)
9. Print receipt and receive an email confirmation

In order to make an online reservation you will need to be able to make a payment by credit card or pre-authorized voucher (obtained from APICS). You need to know the name of the test you want to take, your APICS ID number, and your password.

You may add, reschedule, or cancel a test by returning to the www.CATGlobal.com website and logging in with your ID and password. Choose from the options of “Schedule a Test,” “View Schedule,” and “Test Records” that appear on the left (side) navigation.

To cancel a test and receive a refund on your credit card, you must cancel at least 4 days before your exam appointment. If you cancel less than 96 hours before your scheduled exam, you will not receive a refund. Exceptions to this policy may be made due to documented illness, injury, or death of a family member.
