New Certification Series – Check Point Certified Specialist (CPCS)
Check Point provides an opportunity to extend your professional career certifications with a series of product-focused, specialist certifications. All of these will be listed in the Check Point Certified Specialist track.
Check Point Certified Master Architect
Over the years, certified professionals have asked for a Hands-on Master certification. You are getting your wish. Check Point is developing such a certification. First we conducted a job survey of over 600 individuals holding at least the CCSE Plus certification. The result was a job model, and a set of objectives for a written Master exam and a Hands-on lab exercise. For more information, visit Check Point’s Master Certification webpage.
The certification is based on a two-part exam. The first part is the computer-based exam offered through Pearson VUE. The price for this exam will be $300. It will consist of at least 80 questions and require a score of 80% to pass. The second part of the exam will be a hands-on lab, currently only offered at Check Point’s Irving Texas location. A candidate is only eligible for this exam after passing the written exam. Contact certification@ts.checkpoint.com for scheduling. The cost of the hands-on lab exam is $1200. You are responsible for travel and lodging costs.
