CompTIA Certification Testing
Why CompTIA Certifications?
CompTIA’s vendor neutral certifications are the starting point for a career in IT. They show employers you have the skills to do the job, regardless of the vendor hardware or software. Many of these exams are also prerequisites or electives for more advanced vendor certifications. Earning a CompTIA certification proves you have the right skills, and is the starting place for a career in IT.
CompTIA retiring CDIA+ and Mobility+
The CompTIA CDIA+ certification will be retired on December 1, 2017. Additionally, the CompTIA Mobility+ certification will be retired on December 15, 2017. CompTIA will not renew or replace these certifications. Anyone studying for either of these exams is encouraged to complete their studies and seek certification prior to the retirement dates noted above.
Vouchers already purchased for either exam will be valid through the retirement date as noted above. Exam vouchers not used by the retirement date will expire and become void. Although these exams will be retired, anyone who has received their certification will remain CompTIA certified, good for life.
CompTIA PK0-003 Project+ certification exam retirement update:

Translated versions of the Project+ PK0-003 remain available but will retire March 30, 2018. Vouchers already purchased for this exam will be valid through the voucher expiration date and can also be used for the Project+ PK0-004 exam.
Duplicate email addresses ending
Effective June 18, 2017 CompTIA will require each of their customer accounts within the Pearson VUE registration system to have a unique email address. Accounts that share the same email address will need to be resolved, prior to any future registrations for CompTIA exams. For assistance resolving issues related to duplicate email addresses, contact Pearson VUE customer support via the online chat feature. Please anticipate a resolution time of 3-5 business days.
