Illinois Licensure Testing System (ILTS)

The Evaluation Systems group of Pearson is conducting a pilot test of multiple-choice questions and constructed-response items (speaking assignments and essays) that may appear on future test forms for several redeveloped Illinois Licensure Testing System (ILTS) tests.

To be eligible to participate in the pilot test, you must either (1) currently be a junior, senior, or graduate student currently enrolled in an educator preparation program and preparing to seek licensure/endorsement in the field, OR (2) be an individual who recently received a license and has no more than 3 years’ teaching experience. To participate in the Superintendent pilot test, you must be a graduate student. Educator preparation faculty are not eligible to participate in the pilot test.
