Please Note: You will need your Excelsior College ID in order to create an account with Pearson VUE and schedule your exam. Your Excelsior College ID must have 10 digits. If your ID has fewer than 10 digits, please add leading zeros to the left of the number. (For Example: If your ID is '12345678' you must enter '0012345678')

Schedule Your Exam Appointment Over the Phone

Please Note: There is a $10 transaction charge for every exam appointment scheduled via the Call Center, including initial scheduling, rescheduling or canceling an appointment to test. (The $10 transaction charge does not apply when receiving telephone assistance from Pearson VUE with your username and password.)

Excelsior College Examinations are now administered internationally at select Pearson Professional Centers. You need not be an enrolled student in an Excelsior College degree program (unless you are pursuing an associate degree in nursing) to take an examination at a Pearson Professional Center. If you are unable to test at a Pearson Professional Center, you should contact the Test Administration office at Excelsior College for further information.

Additional locations will be added to the list as they become available. You must register for the examination by contacting Excelsior College at 888-647-2388 (ext. 166) or 518-464-8500 (ext. 1-6-6).
