HP Customer Support provides technical support training on a variety of products, tools and processes. You are here because you have completed training that will enable you to provide world-class support to HP’s consumer customers. Examination is the last step in the training process where you can demonstrate that you have acquired the necessary knowledge to be counted as a part of HP’s best-in-class support team.
Please follow all instructions carefully, taking care to complete the exam within the allotted time, and doing so with the utmost honesty and integrity HP expects.
- January 31, 2012 – Last day to take an exam from Prometric
- March 7, 2012 (10 pm Bejing time) – First day to take an exam with Pearson VUE
Online scheduling with Pearson VUE is a two-step process. The first step is to create a “Web Account” which contains your user profile, including a user name and password. You will need to remember your user name and password as that allows you to order exams. When you have completed the first step, you will receive an email that allows you to continue to the second step.
In the second step, you will select and order your exam. In many cases, you will be able to order your exam immediately after creating a web account.
