HP ExpertONE Web-Based Exam Delivery Issues
Before you contact customer service, please check the following.
- Browser Version must be IE 7, Firefox 7.0, or Safari 4.0 or greater
- That you are trying to start the exam within the exam availability window (24 hours from purchase)
To receive support for an issue during exam delivery please send an email to the address below. When you send the email, please include the information below. You should expect a response from the support desk within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Please include the following in your email:
- Your first and last name
- Candidate ID and user name
- Registration ID
- The exam series code and exam title
- The operating system you are using
- Confirmation that your computer meets the minimum specifications
- A description of the issue
