IAAP Certification Testing

Coordinated through Measurement Research Associates, a division of Measurement Incorporated.

The International Association of Administrative Professionals® (IAAP®) is a 501 (c)(6) registered not-for-profit professional association for office professionals. IAAP strives to be the premier network and resource for the administrative profession. We ensure individuals working in office and administrative professions have the opportunity to connect, learn, lead and excel.

The Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) exam is the only recognized professional certification program in the administrative profession that encompasses all areas of the office. CAP holders can also earn a specialty in the area of Organizational Management (OM). Both the CAP and OM exams test key areas of aptitude and expertise for today’s administrative professional.
