Massachusetts Real Estate

As of March 31, 2016, Pearson VUE will no longer be offering the Massachusetts Real Estate and Appraiser examinations. The last testing date with Pearson VUE, will be March 31, 2016.

Effective April 1, 2016, PSI Services LLC shall be the new test vendor for the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons (Board). As of March 15, 2016, Real Estate applicants will be able to schedule examinations with PSI Services LLC, for examinations, on or after April 1, 2016.
