Scheduling for a computer based exam
Exam appointments may be made up to one business day in advance. Locations are available on a first-come first-serve basis. You will be required to pay an examination testing fee to Pearson VUE at the time of scheduling.
After you schedule your exam, Pearson VUE will send you a confirmation email listing your exam date, your exam time, the address and phone number of the test center, and directions to the test center.
First-time test takers must create a Pearson VUE web account. Please note that account activation may require up to 24 hours. You will be notified by email when your Pearson VUE account is activated. When creating your account and scheduling your exam, you will need your NABCEP candidate ID number from the authorization to test email sent to you upon completion of the application process.
If you provide Pearson VUE with any new contact information during the exam application process, this will not update in NABCEP database records. Update your contact information by contacting Professional Testing Client Service at (800) 654-0021 or send an email notification to nabcep@proftesting.com.
