New facility application process and event cancellation instructions


Pearson VUE is responsible for delivering written and skills based testing in the following states: AL, CO, DC, GA, MD, MS, NC, PA, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY.  If you are interested in becoming testing site, see below for more information.

Becoming a Regional Test Site

Regional Test Sites are locations that have space for both the written and skills exam delivery and are open to the public.  Information coming soon on how to apply.

Becoming an In Facility Test Site

In Facility Test Sites are locations that have space for both the written and skills exam delivery, but only allow those students who have attended a training program offered by that facility.  Students who have not studied with that program are not allowed to test at these facilities. These sites must be licensed by the state to deliver the training program in order to be eligible to become a test site. Information coming soon on how to apply.

Cancellation Instructions

Any testing site who is unable to conduct their testing session should notify Pearson VUE as soon as possible. If you are able to notify Pearson VUE during weekday business hours (7:00- 7:00 ET), please call 888-204-6249. If you need to cancel a testing session outside of business hours, you may reach Pearson VUE at (610) 745-8186. This is a last resort and should happen only in extreme circumstances.
