Scheduling your exam

Once you have received an Authorization-to-Test email, you may schedule your exam. The email will inform you of the earliest date range you may take the exam and will provide you with a 20 character candidate ID number. It is up to you to make an appointment to take the exam. Exam appointments may be made up to one business day in advance. Locations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

PATH Intl. encourages you to schedule your exam as soon as you have received your authorization to test.

To schedule, reschedule or cancel your exam appointment:

Via phone, contact Pearson VUE customer service and be ready to provide them with your 20 character candidate ID number.

Online, you must first create a Pearson VUE web account. When creating the account, enter the same name and email address that you provided to PATH Intl. in your application. It will also be necessary to enter your 20 character candidate ID number during the account creation process.

After scheduling your exam appointment, Pearson VUE will send a confirmation email listing your exam date and time, the test center address, along with important policies for your review and information. Confirmation emails are sent for every schedule, reschedule and cancellation of exam appointments. If you do not receive a confirmation email, call Pearson VUE customer service to verify the status of your exam appointment.
