If you encounter a blank screen or error message when you start the exam, your computer system may not meet the minimum requirements to run the exam.

Yes. To reset your username or password, click on the appropriate "I forgot my username or password" link located under the "Sign in" button.

To resume the exam, follow these steps:

  1. Click Sign In on this page.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Select the exam under “Open Online Exams.”
  4. Click Resume Exam.

To get your score report, follow these steps:

  1. Click Sign In on this page.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Under the "My Account" heading, click View Score Reports
  4. All of your completed exams will be listed. Click View after the exam you would like to examine.

You can cancel the exam and receive a refund as long as (a) you have not started it and (b) the delivery period has not expired. Follow these steps:

  1. Click Sign In on this page.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Select your exam under "Open Online Exams."
  4. Click Cancel Exam.
