There is a $15 transaction charge for every exam appointment scheduled via the Call Center. Rescheduling or canceling an appointment within 7 calendar days from your original appointment date will incur a $20 transaction charge when done through the call center. (Transaction charges does not apply when receiving telephone assistance from Pearson VUE with your username and password.)
