Producing more software than ever: Product and roadmap update
Over the past year, our client roster has expanded to include new markets, leading to a shift in the development paradigm. Not only are we developing the tools these new markets require, but we are doing so in a way that leverages these tools as much as possible for our existing markets. All this is happening while we continue roadmap development with an eye towards flexibility and user-friendliness for all market groups.
Hands-on-training: E-fulfillment
Electronic fulfillment lets you completely customize your official credential achievement documentation-diploma, certificate, letter of achievement or otherwise. The process is fast and eliminates the need for the middle-man and postage. Regardless of the candidate's physical location, they receive a print-quality PDF in a tiny fraction of the time and cost traditional fulfillment requires.
HP™: Extending the boundaries of Credential Manager to develop the Certification Coach
Credential Manager's integration with the Pearson VUE Testing System (VTS) has led to a cleaner, simplified user experience for Hewlett Packard's certification candidates. HP's Bill Horzempa discusses the business drivers behind the setup of the certification coach.
Behind the Scenes look at the Certification Coach
As an integral part of their certification strategy, the Certification Coach is a new development first conceived for Hewlett Packard's Credential Manager implementation. This integrated, system-driven communication helps candidates know where they stand in the certification process and what their next steps are.
The BOC evolution: Helping our clients win
BOC overhauled much of their certification program. This affected their program rules, their internal processes, and their candidate experience. Learn from their experience as they leveraged Credential Management's deep knowledge in this highly cooperative process.
Hands-on-training: Forms
We designed this interactive session to get you up-to-speed with the latest features and developments for forms. If you haven't been keeping up with your Release Notes, this is your opportunity to catch up!
Credential Manager product quality discussion: Help us make it better
All the changes over the past year have caused some bumps in the road (map). In one short year we grew our team extensively, added more clients and implemented a more aggressive release schedule. In this frank discussion, we want to give you some insight into the QA testing cycle and get your input on how we can continue to improve.
Social event
Bring your play clothes and comfortable shoes for an outdoor experience (and dinner) in beautiful downtown Minneapolis.

Parallel Session 1:
Credential Manager: Make it pretty
One of the many great things about joining Pearson is that they required us to rebrand. Rebranding led to redesigning the skin. Changing the skin led to developing ways to make it easier for YOU to change your skin. This session discusses the modest investment in skin design that has brought about a richer user experience.
Parallel Session 2:
Industry trend: Exam security
Exam security isn't merely a trend. It's a means of protecting your content investment and credential value. Exam security expert, Mark Poole discusses the most current developments in exam security and how your test administration and credential management vendors are vital, first-line tools for discovering instances of fraud and preventing loss.
Credential Manager product features for exam security
The Credential Management group makes it a point to stay current with the latest exam security trends to give you useful features that help protect your content investment. As part of our integration with VTS, we have enhanced the communication channels, keeping you current with forensics reporting and instances of exam results holds.
System integration opportunity: SSO and centralized candidate management
Single Sign-On is the thing that virtually everyone wants. It vastly improves the user experience by giving them what amounts to a skeleton key-unlocking all the right doors in your system and on Credential Manager. However, there are some critical factors and decisions that need to be made before proceeding down this path. The IIA's Reno Deschaine runs down the decision process, highlighting the pivotal decisions and the collaborative process with Pearson Credential Management that led to the project's success.
Roadmap prioritization
This is the session everyone anticipates the most. It's your chance to provide direct input into our product plan. We'll lead an active group discussion to get your thoughts and priorities.
