Voucher facts

• All vouchers are pre-paid. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Payment must be received before your voucher order will be processed.
• Allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed.
• For ICAEW vouchers, the only permitted payment methods are credit/debit card and bank transfer (note: bank transfer payments may take 2 - 14 days to clear and vouchers will not be released until the transfer is complete. If you need to receive vouchers sooner than this method allows, we strongly suggest payment by credit/debit card.)
• Vouchers expire 12 months from the date they are issued. Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended. The exam must be taken by the expiration date printed on the voucher.
