Effective August 26, 2019 score reports will be provided online and will no longer be handed out at the test center. To access your score report, please log into your PCM account.
Score reports are generally available within 24 hours after a testing event is completed for the day. Click here for printable instructions.

Steps to enroll on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry

The following are the steps in the process of enrollment onto the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry. Steps that require action by you are indicated by a  symbol.

Complete training program

Student must complete the state approved training program.

If you did not complete Georgia state-approved training but wish to test, you may be eligible for a “training waiver.” Please review the North Carolina Nurse Aide I candidate handbook or visit the Georgia website.

Roster uploaded

Your training provider will upload a roster of students who have successfully completed the training program. Ask your training provider when this will be uploaded.

Email received

You will receive account activation instructions at the address you provided your training provider. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or bulk email folder.

If your notification is not in your junk or spam folder or you have not accessed your account within the alloted time period, please review "Account Recovery" process in the Step by Step Candidate Guide (PDF)

The link provided in the activation email can only be clicked once. You must activate your account before the expiration date listed in the email.
