Wisconsin Insurance

This page contains specific information about Wisconsin Insurance testing. Register for your next exam, find test information, or download handbooks/applications/forms from this page.

Please Read: Waiver Request – A resident agent whose license has been expired more than 12 months ONLY needs to take the portion of the examination that covers state laws, rules and regulation (Part 2).  Candidates must contact Pearson VUE at (800) 274-8979 to schedule the examination. Do not schedule the examination online. When you reach the call center representative, ask to be transferred to the Help Desk so that the technical team can apply the waiver and complete your reservation. Please refer to the Wisconsin exemption rules at http://oci.wi.gov/agentlic/specprov.htm. A previously licensed resident agent who wants to apply for a new line of authority must take both parts of the examination.
