Pearson VUE to rebrand as Pearson Professional Assessments

Effective November 18, 2025, Pearson VUE will lean into the power and recognition of the Pearson brand and change its name to simply Pearson. To distinguish its products and services from others within Pearson’s larger portfolio, the business segment will be identified as Professional Assessments.

Part of a wider effort to bring all of Pearson’s offerings together under one unified brand that is trusted throughout the learning industry, this change also better reflects the unit’s core purpose — enriching lives and advancing careers through learning, skilling, and credentialing. “The Pearson VUE name represents a legacy of excellence and opportunity,” said Nancy Jerdee, Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, “and the purpose and passion the company was founded on will continue to flourish as part of a stronger, more connected Pearson brand.”

While Pearson will begin implementing these changes immediately, the work required is expected to extend into 2026. During and after the transition, Pearson’s clients, candidates, and partners can look forward to the same exceptional exam delivery, security, and services that the company is known for.
