The Pearson VUE website has a lot of complexities. This chart will help determine what group you need to submit your change request/enhancement and whether it requires an outage. It is very important to look at the full URL of the page where you want changes. This will help determine where to send your request. This chart is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, but should be a baseline to determine who to contact for more information.
