We have seen some sites are still experiencing issues afterour February 1 datacenter migration.  Problems
include:

              Exams not ready

              Authorization codes required

              Missing result cases

Sites with these issues may have a wrapper service process stuck.   If your site uses an Admin and Delivery machines and does not have separate server, a quick remedy is to power off and then on again the Admissions machine.  Restarting the VUE Application Wrapper Service - Knowledgebase also provides a solution.    If you are continue to have problems, please contact the site technical support team via phone or chat at www.pearsonhelp.com.
