Pearson VUE Data Center Transition – URGENT ACTION REQUIRED by October 12, 2024

We have an urgent update to the actions you must take to prepare for the upcoming Pearson VUE data center migration. As a reminder, the migration will begin on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 1:00 pm US Central Time, and is expected to be complete by Sunday, October 13, 2024, at 9:00 am US Central Time.
We previously communicated that if your site has an internal/corporate firewall or web filter that uses specific URLs and/or IP addresses to connect to Pearson VUE, you will need to allow test center traffic to Pearson VUE for the domain (*.pearsonvue.com). In addition, we have two new IP ranges we need you to allowlist.
The complete list of changes you need to make by October 12, 2024:
- Unrestricted access to http://*.pearsonvue.com and https://*.pearsonvue.com
- IP range 13.89.111.144/28 (13.89.111.144 - 13.89.111.159) / ports 80 and 443
- IP range 52.177.91.16/28 (52.177.91.16 - 52.177.91.31) / ports 80 and 443
If you do not make this change, your test center will be unable to communicate with Pearson VUE's hub, which can disrupt exam preparation and results uploads. These new IP ranges should be added in addition to any IPs you may already have in your allowlist, please do not remove any existing firewall or web filter rules.
