Scheduling Your CCM/CDMS Exam

Please use the Continue to log in button on this page to begin the registration process. If this is the first time scheduling your exam through this website, you will have to create an account. Once you set up your account, you can use it to review your test information and also schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. Alternatively, you may call Pearson customer servivce to have an agent assist you with scheduling for a $10.00 USD fee (plus tax but only if applicable to your location) payable by credit card.

Scheduled and rescheduled exams for this exam window will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of the rescheduled appointment, please contact Pearson. 

CCM and CDMS exams are administered at specific times throughout the year in testing centers in the US and worldwide as well as through remote proctoring. To locate a physical test center near you, please use the Locate a Test Center button on this page for additional information.

Day of Your Exam

Valid Signature IDs

In order to test, you must present a non-expired, government-issued, photo ID with your signature. View the list of accepted IDs.

Please note the following name matching rules:

• The first and last name on the application must EXACTLY MATCH the first and last name on one current, valid signature ID.
• Failure to present one acceptable ID will prevent your admission to the test center. If this happens, you will be marked absent and you will forfeit the entire exam fee and seat.
• If the names do not EXACTLY MATCH, do not schedule your appointment until you have contacted The Commission and updated your information.
