Michigan Test for Teacher Certification (MTTC)

The Michigan Department of Education has contracted with the Evaluation Systems group of Pearson for the development, administration, and scoring of the examinations of the Michigan Test for Teacher Certification (MTTC) program. The purpose of the tests is to ensure that each certified teacher has the necessary basic skills and content knowledge to serve in Michigan schools.
