Examination Scheduling Information
Please VERIFY that you have registered your LEGAL NAME as it appears on your (2) forms of identification and that your personal information is CORRECT. Contact Pearson VUE immediately to correct the spelling of your name or update your personal information if you notice any errors. It is very important that this information is correct, as it will appear as it was entered on the documentation provided to you after you have completed the exam, as well as on any reports to your licensing agency.
YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TEST IF THE SPELLING OF YOUR NAME ON YOUR REGISTRATION DIFFERS FROM THE SPELLING OF YOUR NAME ON YOUR (2) FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION.
Testing candidates must present (2) forms of current valid signature bearing identification. The identification must include at least one form of primary identification (government provided, photo, and signature bearing). The name on the (2) forms of identification must exactly match the name of the registration. If there is a difference between the name and spelling of the registration and the (2) forms of identification, the testing candidate will be dismissed from the testing center and the testing fees paid by the candidate will not be refunded.
Appointments may be made up to one calendar day prior to the day you wish to test, subject to availability.
