This page will help you schedule an appointment to take the State of Florida Department of Health Psychology Laws and Rules Examination.

Application information

Before scheduling an examination appointment with Pearson, you must have already:

1. applied to the Board of Psychology;
2. received Board approval; and
3. received an Authorization-to-Test email.

Scheduling your exam appointment

Your Authorization‑to‑Test (ATT) email includes the date range in which you can take your exam. You are responsible for booking your appointment within that timeframe.

All requests for testing accommodations should be made through Professional Testing by submitting the Accommodations form located in the Documents section below. Please email fldoh@proftesting.com regarding any accommodation related questions.

Create your Pearson account

You will need a Pearson account before you can schedule your exam. When creating your account, use the same name, phone number, and email address that you provided to the Board in your application. You will also be asked to enter your 20‑character PTI ID.

Schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointment

You are responsible for managing your own exam appointment. Appointments can be scheduled up to one business day in advance, and test center availability is offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
