Exam types
All HP Inc. exams are non-proctored and web-based. They offer 24-hour online access, are timed, and MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE. They are accessed via the Log In link, where you can register, manage payment, and cancel your scheduled exam (within 24 hours of purchase). Only HP channel partners registered via HP Partner Portal will receive credit for successfully passed exams. A fee is charged for every exam attempt. You must take a purchased exam within 24 hours; otherwise, you forfeit the exam with no refund.
HP Inc. exam types are:
- HP2 (core) exams
- HP3 (service delivery) exams
- HP4 (specialized core) exams
- HP5 (delta/upgrade) exams
- HP6 (Poly) exams
Not all exam types are always available.
