Scientist Training Programme SJT (exam series code NSHCS-SJT).
25 scenarios (each with between 4 and 8 responses). You will be asked to rate how appropriate each response is in relation to the scenario. Consider each response option independently from the other response options presented.
The standard time allocation for the SJT is 50 mins (see the breakdown and additional information). If you have requested extra time as a reasonable adjustment within your STP application then you can check if this has been approved within Oriel.
No, the test must be completed during the stated event delivery period (test window). We cannot accept any circumstances to take the test after the test window closes.
If you encounter a blank screen or error message when you start the test, your computer system may not meet the system requirements (listed below). Check the requirements and/or try again on a different computer. Do not take the test on a phone or similar device.
Unproctored technical requirements: These technical requirements apply to any Unproctored Internet Based Testing (IBT) tests.
To resume the exam, follow these steps:
- Click ‘Log in’ at the top of the page
- Enter your username and password
- Select the exam under ‘Open Online Exams’
- Click ‘Resume Exam’
