Examination scheduling information

Please VERIFY that you have created your web account with your LEGAL name as it appears on your government-issued ID and that your personal information is CORRECT. Contact customer service immediately to correct the spelling of your name or update your personal information if you notice any errors. It is very important that this information is correct, as it will appear as it was entered on the documentation provided to you after you have completed the exam, as well as on any reports to your licensing agency.

Appointments may be made up to one calendar day prior to the day you wish to test, subject to availability.

Changes to the Nevada Real Estate Exam Registration Process

Effective July 29, 2025, you must start by registering with the Nevada Real Estate Division. You will no longer be able to register or schedule your exam directly through our site until you have completed your registration and payment through the Division website

To schedule an exam, please follow the instructions in the Authorization to Test email we sent you.

  

Two-for-one combo examination discount

For the two-for-one combo examination discount only, you will need to register for both sections (National and State) of the Broker or Sales examination. Please find and select your first exam on the scheduling screen, and on the next screen select “Add another exam to take on the same day.” You must ensure both exams are selected before proceeding to checkout. This will provide you with the two-for-one combo examination price.

  • ReNV-Broker-GE-B National Broker
  • Portion ReNV-Broker-ST-B State Broker Portion

Nevada Real Estate Sales Exams:

  • ReNV-Sales-GE-S National Sales Portion
  • ReNV-Sales-ST-S State Sales Portion

Real Estate Practice Tests

Pearson VUE offers Broker and Sales practice tests for $19.95. The tests include questions on general real estate topics. The tests are developed using concepts found in the general portion of the actual exam and cover areas such as product knowledge, terms, and concepts. The practice tests coincide with the current, general test outline. State-specific practice tests are not available.
