Exam scheduling information
All examinations for West Virginia Real Estate require application to the West Virginia Real Estate Commission. Once the application is approved, the candidate will be given authorization to test via an email from Pearson VUE.
Please verify that you have registered your legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID and that your personal information is CORRECT. Contact REClicening@wv.gov if there are any discrepancies.
Appointments to test may be made up to 24 hours prior to the day you wish to test, subject to availability.

Real Estate Practice Tests
Pearson VUE offers Broker and Sales practice tests for $19.95. The tests include questions on general real estate topics. The tests are developed using concepts found in the general portion of the actual exam and cover areas such as product knowledge, terms, and concepts. The practice tests coincide with the current, general test outline. State-specific practice tests are not available.
