CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting
The CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting is CIMA's own entry route to the CIMA professional qualification. The following assessments are available:
- C01 Fundamentals of Management Accounting
- C02 Fundamentals of Financial Accounting
- C03 Fundamentals of Business Mathematics
- C04 Fundamentals of Business Economics
- C05 Fundamentals of Ethics, Corporate Governance and Business Law

CIMA Qualifications in Islamic Finance
The CIMA qualifications in Islamic finance are the first suite of qualifications offered by a professional chartered accounting body that focus on the dynamic and fast growing area of Islamic finance.
The following assessments are available:
CIMA Certificates in Islamic Finance
CIMA offer four separate certificates in Islamic finance, covering:
- Islamic Commercial Law
- Islamic Banking and Takaful
- Islamic Capital Markets and Instruments
- Accounting for Islamic Financial institutions
If you complete all four certificates, you are eligible for the award of CIMA Diploma in Islamic Finance (CDIF).

Contact your CIMA Preferred centre direct to arrange your assessment.
If there is no CIMA Preferred centre close to you, then you can book your assessment at the nearest Pearson VUE test centre. You can book your assessment at a Pearson VUE test centre online or by telephone (see links below). You will need your CIMA contact id number when booking an assessment. You should wait at least 48 hours after your student registration with CIMA has been confirmed before booking your assessment.
CIMA welcomes entries from students with disabilities or special needs and is able to provide additional help or concessions, such as extra exam time, as appropriate to individual needs. If you have a special need, you should notify CIMA prior to booking your assessment by sending an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have received confirmation of your special arrangements from CIMA, you should then book your assessment by telephone.
