Program Agreement and Policies

Contents of Esri Certification exams are confidential. Candidates should read and understand the Program Agreement and Policies prior to registering to sit for an exam. The Program agreement contains information such as the minor candidate policy, and data transfer policy.

Special Accommodations Accommodations are available if you are unable to take an exam using standard testing equipment or within the standard exam time. Please reference this link for available accommodations:  Pearson Test Accommodations.

• To request an accommodation, contact us to submit a "Registration & Delivery" inquiry at least twenty-one (21) days in advance of your preferred testing date and before registering for an exam. Esri will send you an email with instructions on how to securely provide Esri with the required information (Exam Name, Version, and Esri Candidate ID) and physician’s letter with requested accommodation(s) documented.
• Note: Esri will use the information provided to arrange accommodation with Pearson VUE. The physician’s letter will be stored in the secure MFT site for a period of up to 21 days. The record of the approved accommodation will be stored for 365 days to support future accommodations. Please see Esri’s Privacy Statement for more information. Esri will pass the information on the approved accommodation to Pearson VUE, and such information will be subject to Pearson VUE’s privacy policy.
