Test center exam appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment through your Pearson account. To cancel an OnVUE proctored exam, access your online Pearson account to cancel as soon as possible before your appointment time. Refer to your appointment notification emails.
Candidates must wait 15 days between unsuccessful exam attempts.

You must agree to the Non-Disclosure and Candidate Agreement (PDF) at the beginning of your exam. If you do not accept the agreement within the given time, your exam will end, and you will forfeit your exam fees. Be sure to review the agreement in advance so that you are familiar with it before you take your exam.
