This page facilitates the launching of client proctored exams within the Pearson VUE Browser Lock (PVBL) for GED.
Steps
Verify whether the testing computer being used passes the following minimum system requirements. Use the Connection Check application in Connect to check the bandwidth, upload and download speed from your testing room.

If test takers are experiencing issues with their username and/or password, please have the test-taker contact GED customer service.
Technical problems during the exam delivery?
- Check release schedule
- Having problems? Review the technical requirements document to ensure your technical setup will meet all requirements to deliver these exams.
- Review the Admin User Guide or Proctor User Guide.
- If a technical issue arises during the time the exam is being delivered, the proctor (not the test-taker) should contact Pearson VUE Support Services for assistance.
