Get certified from your home or office

Take your ISM exam conveniently from home through OnVUE online proctoring (certain regional restrictions apply). A live proctor will monitor you through the webcam on your workstation to provide a secure exam experience.

Appointment Information

During Pearson check-in, you must present one valid photo ID with your signature. The first and last name on your ID must exactly match your ISM® exam registration, or you will not be allowed to test, and your exam fees will be forfeited.

Please contact ISM at least 24 hours in advance of your test date if you need to make any name changes.

Reschedules and cancellations must be completed 24-hours prior to avoid forfeiting your exam fees. Pearson will charge a fee for any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled 48-hours prior to the scheduled testing time. This fee is paid directly to Pearson.

NOTE: Scheduled and rescheduled Examinations will be confirmed by email. Please do not leave the Pearson rescheduling page without completely confirming your rescheduled exam date, if you do, you have NOT completed the rescheduling of your exam. You will be charged for a no-show appointment and you will be charged an additional fee to reschedule your exam. If you do NOT receive an email confirmation of your rescheduled appointment, please contact Pearson.
