Juniper Networks In-Class Testing Program
This page facilitates the scheduling of Juniper Networks Certification Program (JNCP) exams, delivered by a Juniper Networks instructor as part of your classroom training.
Please read the following document that explains how to create a Pearson VUE account / testing profile for a JNCP In-Class test.
Steps
Once you have a Pearson VUE Juniper Networks account, select the JNCP Testing Center you have been directed to use.
If you are having difficulty scheduling an exam or creating your candidate profile, contact certification@juniper.net. If additional assistance is needed, they will work with Pearson VUE support services.

If test takers are experiencing issues with their username and/or password, please have the test-taker contact Pearson VUE customer service.
Technical problems during the exam delivery?
- Check release schedule
- Having problems? Review the technical requirements document to ensure your technical setup will meet all requirements to deliver these exams.
- Review the Admin User Guide or Proctor User Guide.
- If a technical issue arises during the time the exam is being delivered, the proctor (not the test-taker) should contact Pearson VUE Support Services for assistance.
