Find answers to frequently asked questions about troubleshooting Insurance Practice Tests, including access, performance, and common technical issues.

If you encounter a blank screen or error message when you start the exam, your computer system may not meet the minimum requirements to run the exam. 

Unproctored technical requirements: These technical requirements apply to any Unproctored Internet Based Testing (IBT) tests. 

To resume the exam, follow these steps:

  1. Log in
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Select the exam under “Open Online Exams.”
  4. Click Resume Exam.

To get your score report, follow these steps:

  1. Log in
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Under the "My Account" heading, click View Score Reports
  4. All of your completed exams will be listed. Click View after the exam you would like to examine

You can cancel the exam and receive a refund as long as (a) you have not started it and (b) the delivery period has not expired. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Select your exam under "Open Online Exams."
  4. Click Cancel Exam.
