If you encounter a blank screen or error message when you start the exam, your computer system may not meet the minimum requirements to run the exam. 

Unproctored technical requirements: These technical requirements apply to any Unproctored Internet Based Testing (IBT) tests. 

To resume the exam, follow these steps:

  1. Continue to log in
  2. Select the exam under “Open Online Exams.”
  3. Click Resume Exam.

To get your score report, follow these steps:

  1. Continue to log in
  2. Under the "My Account" heading, click View Score Reports.
  3. All of your completed exams will be listed. Click View after the exam you would like to examine.

You can cancel the exam and receive a refund as long as (a) you have not started it and (b) the delivery period has not expired. Follow these steps:

  1. Continue to log in
  2. Select your exam under "Open Online Exams."
  3. Click Cancel Exam.
