Client proctored - no appointment required test delivery

This webpage describes the process for participating in a Client proctored test delivery session, which is not available to the general public. These sessions are available on an invitation-only basis and often associated with classroom training or special testing events.

In order to make this testing event a success, please follow these steps.

Steps

Run a system check on the computer that will be used to take the exam and verify whether it passes the minimum system requirements.

You must have a web account before you start the test process. Login and enter the Private Access Code that you were given.

Launch the secure browser and start the test process at your event.

Log in to your account to view score report.

Q. I already have an account. Do I need to create another account for this exam?
A. No. Please use your existing account.

Q. I do not have an account. Can I create my account on the day of the testing event?
A. We recommend that test-takers create a profile at least 72 hours prior to taking an exam. Waiting until the day of the event may cause delays with exam administration.

Q.How will I know where the exam will be offered and at what time?
A. Please contact your approved proctor for this information.

Q. Who do I contact about receiving special accommodations during the exam?
A. Please contact your approved proctor to make arrangements for special testing accommodations during exam delivery.

Q. I cannot remember the Private Access Code I was given, who do I contact?
A. Please contact your approved proctor for this information.

Q. I cannot find the exam I am looking for, what should I do?
A. Please make sure you have entered the correct Private Access Code to view the exams that are available for administration via the Pearson VUE Client proctored test delivery system.

Q. Where can I view my score report?
A. You can view and/or print your score report by logging into your account and reviewing your exam history.
